Job description

The role of Commercial Controller will take financial / commercial management of Power Generation Services, Distributed Generation and Oil and gas Services Contracts during the implementation phase of the contract, taking financial monitoring of service shop center and field service center located in Qro.

Working as a business partner to operations management, the objective is to keep the project on budget, and customer satisfaction but also continually looking at improving contract profitability. The role includes undertaking detailed financial analysis, contract reviews, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

The Projects will includeField ServiceBusiness,Service Shop businessSpare parts businessand LTP withcontract values of €1m - €10m per annum.
The role has no direct reports, works closely with existing Site management and operations management, reports directly and functionally to the Business Unit Controller.

Responsabilities:

· Cost Controlling & Accounting of Field Service and Shop Service Center Analyze deviations from budget, provide potential countermeasures and prepare reliable calculations together with involved plants, purchasing, engineering and technical counterparts
· General Commercial Project Management: Interface handling of day to day commercial issues with Project Site; Commercial Partner to Project Manager maximizing both service profit and customer satisfaction
· Tender Support & Subcontract Management: Involvement in the tender phase of project (standard evaluation sheet, LoA etc); Involvement in contract drafting
· Contract & Claim Management: Understand the scope of the contract, commercial elements in detail; Identify Claim Potential; Defend incoming claims; Documentation of Claims (structure, templates, etc); Support of PM in contractual matters
· Risk & Opportunity Management: Review schedules to derive commercial implications or risks; Provide input to risk assessment; Management of mitigation activities
· Project Set-up & Closure: Calculate the Order Income Calculation (OIC) & R&O Ensure internal agreements are finalized between regional entity and HQ ; Set-up Guarantees; Agree final commercial settlement with the customer
· Project Reporting (internal & external): Project Reviews: PM and SM; Risk and Opportunity Reporting; NCC Reporting;
· Project Forecasting / Planning: Update theproject overview; Explanation of deviation between forecasted and actual sales, gross profit, cash etc; Participate in regular forecast reviews
