Job Description

We are a team of procurement experts based in Drásov. Our goal is to identify, qualify, and develop suppliers in across Europe and Asia Large Drives division. LD has globally 25 locations with 35.000 employees. We take pride in our international activity and in building up of the new supplier network.

Main responsibilities:

·  developing complex buying and sourcing strategies
·  negotiates prices, terms and frame contracts with suppliers
·  reducing the cost of purchased parts
·  analysis of international purchasing markets,
·  identification, evaluation and qualification of suitable suppliers
·  track risks along the supply chain
·  support the headquarters

Qualifications:

·  university degree in technical or commercial field
·  2-3 years of experience in Strategic Purchasing
·  knowledge in SAP or similar system
·  knowledge and know-how in the supply chain and quality management
·  negotiation skills
·  knowledge of machining of welded parts and or casting parts
·  fluent English
·  communicative German and other languages are a plus
·  decision ability, reliability, analytical/strategic thinking
·  self-initiative, team spirit, sense of responsibility
·  intercultural experiences in an international team
·  driver license - active driver
