Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

The challenge
Our team of Business Excellence professionals support the Energy Management division with continuously improving our Company performance, business results and employee experience.
We're looking for a team member who can help us along the digital journey, optimise our usage and understanding of new tools and technology and how they can improve collaboration, knowledge sharing and add value to our organisation.Customers are the lifeblood of our business, we strive to deliver excellent service and the BE team frequently research and refine ways to measure and improve Customer satisfaction – using established methods alongside developing creative & innovative approaches.
Our work is often experimental in nature - we aim to fail fast and learn quick.We have several topics ready for development which will require our new team member to roll up their sleeves, apply creative thinking, demonstrate problem solving capabilities and essentially take Ownership.
Siemens purpose is to ‘Serve Society' and #makerealwhatmatters the BE function plays an integral role in delivering our Social Responsibility strategy, which provides varied and plentiful opportunities to get involved with volunteering & fundraising in the areas of Education, Environment, Mental Health & Social Impact – an interest / experience in this area would be useful but not essential.
The candidate

Minimum Educational Requirements
Five GCSEs including English and Maths, three A-levels
Working towards a Business Management, Psychology, HR qualification or any other equivalent degree involving modules such as data analysis, change management or organisation culture
Location
The role will be based at Sir William Siemens House, Manchester, M20 2UR
