What do you get to do in this position?

Solve daily errors in the SAP system due to materials deficit in production order.

·
Identify and propose solutions to the problems in the BOM, materials transfers, incorrect master data.

·
Check the problems with production orders confirmed and identify the solutions.

·
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

·
Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

·
Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Available to work a Flexible Schedule (Weekends, End of Months)

Qualifications :

Scissor lift Experience

Scale Experience

Warehouse (EP1 & EP2) Desirable Knowledge

· 
Warehouse structure – Storage location, Storage type, Storage BIN,

· 
Movements type (receiving, put away, auto replenishment)

· 
Material Storage Strategies (Pull list, KB on demand, WS)

· 
Cycle count Kanban (Supply area, Storing Position)

· 
Master Data Knowledge Desirable

· 
Production Knowledge (SWBDS, PZ4, SS,FAB.CTO-RTI) Desirable

· 
Experience working with SAP Desirable (MIGO, TOs, Transfers etc)

· 
Physical Inventory

· 
Cycle count knowledge

· 
Symmetry Knowledge Desirable

· 
Check on materials issues (BOM Design, Deviation, Missing Parts, Ship Short)
