Job description

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Main missions

1/ Understand the project flows and allocation rules for the P&L construction of Reginal Execution Centre

2/ In charge of the internal quarterly (Rolling Forecast, Business Review) /annual (prior, target) processes: preparation of the different formats, coordinate data collection within the finance team for all P&L data, load in the tools, provide referent document, ad hoc analysis on request

3/ Handle cost control activities (Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals variances analysis) for different scopes of the organization: Identify and initiate, and follow cost saving actions, centralize cost analysis and cost controlling responsibilities

4/ Use and challenge data for the finance database (OneCube) in collaboration with the business reporting team within the finance team

5/ Be a key contact for business analysis within Financial Team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education:

University education (Master's degree)

Technical Field:

Economy / Finance

Work experience needed:

min. 2 years of experience in finance analysis

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge):

Fluent English is required / French is a plus

Personal abilities or skills:

Excel, SAP

Rigor, objective outlook, reactivity and excellent interpersonal skills, strong flexibility, adaptability and reliability

Team work and interest for information systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

Process improvement desire

Out-of-the-box thinking behavior
