Job description



Schneider Electric is implementing several actions, think tanks and working groups aiming at developing new products and services offers based on digital capability and channels. US Services division is very active with the definition, creation and implementation of a Digitized Services business which will be handled by its US Modernization team.

The EcoStruxure Asset Advisor Application Engineer will be part of the US Field Services EcoStructure Asset Advisor organization. It is a highly visible organization at the forefront of Schneider Electric IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and Digitization initiatives, developing new services for our customers' assets including EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (EAA).

Responsibilities:
Ensure complex deployment on customer site of the EAA monitoring solution with a special focus on communication gateway and connectivity to cloud platform, knowledge transfer to the local Application Engineers, Provisioning of the digital platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform Installed base survey and collect necessary information to provision the Digital platform.
• Commission the monitoring system on customer site. This includes coordination with other Field Services Engineers from SE or subcontractors and of course customer's staff. End to End testing and validation are key to ensure successful delivery.
• Transfer his knowledge to other Field Services Engineer to deploy at large scale the Digital Service Offer (EAA) in his area.
• Liaise with the Service Bureau to ensure efficient provisioning and operation.
• Troubleshoot End to End connectivity including DSP using procedure and ticketing tool.
• Provide relevant feed back to the Development team to improve quality and robustness of the offer.

Travel requirements: Minimum 50% of time

Language - English fluency a MUST

Qualifications :

Qualifications
• 4 years College/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in Operational Technology (Control system, RTU, Gateway, Energy Automation System). With a mandatory experience in Ethernet network. Industrial IoT is a plus.
