What is the role?
Based in Notting Hill, Melbourne we are in search for an energetic, motivated Branch Administrator for our growing Digital Buildings Business. Reporting to the Regional Director (VIC/TAS/SA) we have a unique opportunity for a technically astute, relationship focused and results oriented Branch Administrator.

This role is crucial to the fundamental running of our team and performance via facilitating the leadership team meetings from an administrative perspective. Such as managing timeliness, capturing of responsibilities, documentation of action items and issue of minutes, follow up with owners to ensure preparedness for following meetings.

Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
• Supporting the Regional Director with respect to driving initiatives and getting results in the business;
• To take an active role within the branch leadership team in supporting our employee engagement programs;
• To lead our internal communications and develop high quality internal promotional communications;
• Run reports, collate relevant data and create summary reports for the leadership team;
• Manage the day to day running of the office and provide effective support;
• Supporting the Regional Director with scheduling and preparing for meetings;
• Preparing presentations;
• Support with reporting and assessing branch financials;
• Event Management, end to end;
• General Office Management;
• Event Management, end to end;
• Support with reporting and assessing branch financials;
• Event Management, end to end;
• Travel coordination.

• Excellent analytical skills to create logically presented spreadsheets and analysis;

• Commercially minded;
• Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner);
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Initiative;
• Able to deal with ambiguity and minimal direction;
• Strategic thinking and problem solving minded;
• Strong organizational, time management and team development skills;
• Previous work experience with at least 3 years in a fast paced, dynamic and goal focused organization;
• Certificate in Office Administration, Diploma in Business Administration or similar.

You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you thrive on responsibility and challenge and enjoy working in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
