Job description

Within Final Distribution division (Energy Management – Home and Distribution), we are looking for a talented motivated and professional new collaborator to join our Continuous Engineering team located in Eybens (Grenoble – France) and supported products offers manufactured in several plants with an international environment.

In the context of our offer dedicated to control product specially MCB auxiliaries, Contactors, Surge Protections, we are looking for a technical designer to reinforce our continuous engineering team.

In charge of the design for evolutions of existing and commercialized products, you will work in a close collaboration with other Technical Designers, Product Technical Leader and several entities such as Quality, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrialization and Certification.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

As technical designer, your main mission will be to study and design technical evolutions on products ranges, through our Product Evolution Process. Key responsibilities:

Ensure technical maintenance of existing products

Perform the activities of product design: analyzing, sizing and modeling the proposed solution

·
Evaluate theoretical designs using Simulation

·
Manage the validation with prototypes and industrialized products or parts

·
Finalize technical document for manufacturing and implementation

· Manage relationship with internal and external international partners
