Talent Acquisition 6-month Co-Op or Internship (part-time or full-time)

Calling future graduates! Are you looking for an exciting internship opportunity, to jump start your work experience, working at the best connected technologies company in the world? As a Talent Acquisition (TA) intern, you can expect to have a wide variety of experiences. This position will be responsible for identifying and managing process improvement projects, working with a wide range of team members and learning form their experiences. Additionally, this role would have direct involvement in various Talent initiatives including: Employer Branding, University Recruitment, Experienced Talent Recruitment as well as TA Operations. This role will get exposure and get to work directly with our North America Talent Acquisition Leadership.

Being a part of our team in means maintaining a dedicated team atmosphere that currently exists today! Not only should a TA co-opt have the interpersonal skills to work together on a team, BUT, they also need to be able to handle sensitive matters and maintain full confidentiality. Building a sense of trust within the team is very important. To be successful on this team, you will also need to be well organized and prioritize multiple tasks. We will encourage you to practice your project management skills to adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if…

·  You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a business, human resources, psychology or related field.
·  You are proficient with Microsoft Office systems and willing to learn statistical analysis software such as, Tableau.
