Within the Prefabricated Data Centers IOU we have identified the need to have in our Barcelona facilities a Quality supervisor position located in the site having close short-interval interactions downstream with Suppliers, Production and delivery of our Solutions, but being able to supervise and support also on Tendering and Project Engineering activities for Risk Analysis and project feasibilities, for Barcelona facility but also for other regional integration Supply Chains.

We look for an Quality Engineering profile ideally with Project Management back ground and capability to lead on Quality Controls, Offer supervision, supplier validation and delivery control.

Able to engage teams on Quality globally.

Location Sant Boi – Barcelona . Job codes: QCT3/4, QCS2 .

This position will support the whole Prefab Unit to implement grow on Quality mentality, end to end.

He/She will be focused on global Prefab coherence in contact with other facilities Quality leaders.

Job Title: Quality and Safety&Health Technician.

Scopes and responsibilities (QC: Quality Control)

- QC incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials or discussing what to do with the stakeholders.

- QC in-process production by confirming specifications; communicating required adjustments to production supervisors.

- QC finished products by confirming specifications; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs and maintains all the records.

- Share and reporting quality problems or findings to stakeholders and follows up to ensure that corrective action has/will take place.

- Makes complaints to suppliers, if needed and performs the tracking.

- Participates, if needed, in Root cause analysis.

- Involvement in Offering, Engineering and Production to anticipate Quality.

- 3 rd party integrators/suppliers validation & development.

Job requirements and qualifications

Experience in industrial environments.

Perfect English spoken and written.

Technical degree (Engineering or other).

Preferably 2 years of experience in Quality Departments.

Some experience in Safety.
