What do you get to do in this position?

This role exists to ensure quality control for Schneider Products.

· Ensures the fulfillment of the product requirements
· Leads the activities related to the monitoring and implementation of Preventive / Corrective Actions in plant and external customer
· Implements improvement projects derived from the analysis of trends of the main performance indicators of the organization
· Supports the process Continuous improvement, Establish / Document inspection plans for the product and components
· Lead events PFMEA
· Actively participate in the process of Introduction of New Products.

You fit the following Requirements:

Education:

· Industrial Engineer or similar, experienced as Quality Engineer.

· 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality or related areas.

· Experience in handling statistical control tools, process monitoring / improvement, analysis and troubleshooting. (SPC, 8Ds, TQM, MSA, PFMEA, among others)

· Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office -Excel, Word, Power point, Minitab).

· Knowledge in measuring equipment.

· English minimum 90% (written and spoken)

· Teamwork.

· Excellent deal with people.

· Organized, proactive.

· Ease of speech.

· Green Belt certification desirable.

· Schedule availability.
