Project Site Supervisor

Job description

JOB BRIEF:
· Supervision of subcontractor who will do sites installation work of all equipment, according to the approved drawings, safety plan and erection procedures and commissioning procedure
· Ensure that safety plan and site quality plan and erection procedure are applied in the site
· Insuring all installation activity are being carried out according to last updated drawing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervising subcontractor during installation and commissioning activates
· Ensuring all installation activities are carried out according to last updated and approved drawing
· Supporting subcontractor installation team /commissioning team during these activities
· Manage and ensure progress for the work and activities of Sub-Contractor.
· Check all safety requirement of sub-contractor's workers and safety conditions before starting works at site with Safety supervisor
· Ensure that works are implemented smoothly and safely during the different activities such as Lifting, Installation of equipment, works at height, pulling of cables…
· Prepare site daily report and site progress.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
·  Secondary education as minimum in Electrical/ Telcom
·  5-10 years' experience in MV switchgear, RIN substations ,RMU,SRMU and DP
·  Substation /MV /LV Electrical equipment and control Systems.
·  Quality and safety System of the company
·  Computer using
·  Moderate level of English language
·  Good communication skill
·  Capability to work under pressure
·  Good understanding of the Internal Organization of the company
·  Good negotiator, team leader, motivated well organized, strong personality
