DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and super organized Project Manager to work with our internal creative and design teams, managing a wide range of creative projects from advertising campaigns to brand development and design projects.

The Project Manager is also responsible for day to day creative resource management on assigned projects: maintaining an in-depth knowledge of team skills, interests and development needs to support this.

Responsibilities

· End to end project management of a variety of creative projects as required
· Responsible for project timings, meetings, scope, approvals, wash ups etc and functions as the main POC for assigned projects
· Works alongside PM colleagues in the project management of large integrated campaigns for UK and Europe
· Liaises with local and global teams and media agencies to agree formats and create deliverables lists for print/OOH/DOOH and digital channels
· Manages the complexity of design versioning with the design team and guarantees accurate, timely and approved delivery (trafficking) to media owners
· Liaises with Business Partners and internal clients as required
· Collaborates with Producers, Post Producers, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, and Creative Leads to identify and schedule resources based on campaign and individual initiative needs
· Manages own projects and resources in 10,000ft
· Assists with the management of the day-to-day project intake and status process and tools

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years' experience in project management working with an in-house creative agency or external agency
· Bachelor's degree in Media, Production or similar or relevant experience
· Project management experience across a variety of creative projects
· Experience in trafficking campaign assets for digital, DOOH/OOH and print via Adstream or similar
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as needed
· Familiarity with 10,000ft resource management software or similar
· Confident and comfortable with new technology, eager to learn and master new tools
· Expert in MS Office applications
