What is the role?

As Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for assisting in execution and management of a range of customer projects, ensuring all project related matters are prioritised and handled efficiently and effectively within the agreed timeframe and with a high level of confidentiality, allowing PMs to focus on key aspects of their role.

In this role you will be primarily supporting with contract administration of established contracts, in accordance with the Contract Management Plan and approved procedures, to achieve delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;

· Provide support for project execution, project invoicing, monitor PM community compliance with published business processes and best practices to ensure high standard of project planning and execution.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans by sourcing documents and established contracts, as well as monitoring performance and addressing non-performance, to achieve the required contract outcomes.
· You will be required to manage projects within SAP from a hands-on data management, reporting, margin reporting and Project Stock Management etc perspective.

· Tertiary qualifications in construction management, business or engineering.
· At least 2 years experience in commercial and contract administration.
· Highly computer literate - particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
· High level of organisational skills and able to prioritise work unsupervised.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Understanding of commercial sensitivity and privacy issues. Whilst not essential, the following will be highly regarded

· Knowledge of Professional Services practices desirable.
· Accounting and administration background desirable.
· Engineering office experience desirable.
· SAP knowledge desired.
