We are looking for our new Procurement Administrator

You will be the responsable to execute and process the end-to-end process (Procure to pay ) from Purchase requisition management to vendor payment within the approved suppliers given by IP sourcing team and maintaining purchasing KPI's for lead time, document retention and order management .

Key Responsabilities

Purchasing Requests Management (PRs): Check proper allocation of PR data (cost center, material group ..etc), check financial data (Value/ QTY) and follow final PR release.

Ordering Procedures:

1- Issue the SAP Purcharse Order.

2-Get Releases of the SAP Purcharse Order.

3-Send the Purchaser Order to the supplier.

4-Supplier order Acknowledgment.

Follow-up material flow and tracking delivery lead-time and good reception (GRN).
Confirm with requesting department (delivery reception, quality acceptance and signature on delivery note )
Handles three way match process (P.O, Invoice, GRN), delivery of original invoice to finance on time and follow invoice booking on SAP
Reconciliate suppliers account each month , communicate monthly payment breakdown each month.
Collect & consolidate internal customers' feedback about supplier performance regularly

Perfil buscado

Qualifications :

University Degree
1 to 3 year experience in purchasing (procurement administration)
SAP knowledge or another ERP
Good communication skills
Team Player
Flexible and solution oriented
English
