MISSION :
Be the Single Point of Contact to Support Customer Process Capabilities, Customer Satisfaction and Order Management Operational teams in IT related topics.
Contributing to avoid unnecessary tasks and use properly and efficiently all the environments of IT Systems (Mainly SAP)
Be a leader in the evolution of the IT systems by proposing new ways of working, by animating and leading projects where high IT skills are required, from Business Specification until deployment with operational teams.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
> IT methods and support
Identify needs to solve or improve IT process
Build Business requirements documents
Be the SPOC with IPO BRM
Lead and ensure correct deployment trough End User training and documentation
Ensure performance of changes trough KPI follow up
>Data Analytics
Collect – Identify sources and ensure sanity of data
Process – Use statistical methodologies to interpret results
Manage – Build and deploy tools to support Business transformation and performance trough good decision making.
> Capabilities & projects
Lead or Give support to the different projects launched in the department.
Challenge other department to achieve objectives.
> SPS (Schneider Performance System)
Contribute to the consolidation of Sant Boi IDC as a Worldwide Best In Classe site by ensuring all logistics processes and Customer Logistic offer to be full SPS complaining
> Safety
Contribute to create an inter-dependency culture of Safety
