Within EMEAS Indirect Procurement Organization, and under the responsibility of the Regional Commodity Manager, the IT Specialized Buyer has the following responsibilities:

· Collaborate to the definition of IT Purchasing Strategy and deploy it with the associated cross functional team (IP and IT teams);
· Analyze and optimize her/his portfolio
· Lead global negotiations
· Manage supplier evaluation, referencing and relationship
· Suggest improvements in internal processes and communications

He/she will be owner of productivity results of his/her portfolio. He/She directly manages his/her supplier panel and also provides support to EMEAS purchasing and business teams in key projects, including tracking and reporting of purchasing performance.

Qualifications :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and profesional Buyer with strong motivation to join our Company and bring in the following skills:

- Strong Purchasing competencies: contractual and commercial negotiation, Supplier Management, cost analysis, purchasing methods & tools, legal aspects, setting trade-off capabilities to influence and drive best service vs cost approach with cross functional teams (challenge needs, profiles, deployment roadmaps, etc…)

- IT knowledge: licensing models, maintenance models, contracts terms & conditions expertise, and associated price mechanisms.

-Strong communication and networking skills within cross functional and international environment.

- Motivated, dynamic, hard worker and flexible

- Proactive attitude and Leadership: Ability to suggest improvements permanently

- Fluent in english
