Job description



Scope: Provide high level administrative support for the IoT & Digital Offers' Program team. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with limited guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
• Ability to think, plan ahead and coordinate workshops and governance instances for the Digital Services Factory Program (~30 people including partners directly involved from multiple countries)
• Facilitate smooth communications among the team
• Manage group logistics, travels and drive coordination and planning of events
• Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
• Assist 3 leaders from Schneider Digital team with calendar management and travel logistics
• Support program manager consolidating key performance indicators for the IoT & Digital Offers' Programs.
• Maintain office and financial records; monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure that activities are conducted within established budgets
• Manage purchase order for the Digital Services Factory
• Perform other administrative tasks as required using independent judgment and discretion
• Perform special project duties as assigned that may include preparing documents and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, arranging and attending meetings, and, taking and distributing minutes
• Handle confidential information and maintain the security of records and files

Qualifications

Capabilities / Skills / Experience:

Associated Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in similar position

Proven experience in leading Lean and Agile processes & projects

Effective communicator committed to fostering a “team” approach and successful results

Strong team player, ability to work successful with teams in an international and multi-sites environment.
