We are looking for a student to join the team of Customer Experience Development Network. This global department collaborates with a network of key experts working to improve the satisfaction of our internal customers. Their main objective is to support business value realization, adoption & engagement.

What are you going to learn?

- Community Animation

- Change Management & Training assets (PPT, Video, E-Learning…)

- Communication Strategy & Execution

- Project Deployment (based on Business requests and availabilities)

- Follow-up: Adoption, Performance, Business indicators, Data Quality

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What do we ask you to apply to the offer?

- Student of Communication, Marketing or similar

- Be able to do the internship between 5 and 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday) and have availability in the morning, the schedule is flexible and you can start between 8:00 and 10:00

- Be able to sign an internship agreement with your school for at least 6 months.

- Be able to start on December

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Advanced user in Office (excel and power point)

- Video editing knowledge is a great plus

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” mode

- Innovative, curious and a strong team spirit

What do we offer?

- Paid internship based on the hours you are able to do (maximum 30 hours per week)

- Flexible schedule.

- One day off per month

- Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extending

- Tracking of your evolution and learning.
