Role mission

Working and converting leads into opportunities, as well as creative and aggressive marketing with outbound prospecting. LQ's are the human element in the Nurture process, leveraging automation and data science to maximize efficiency and prioritize leads.

Through both proactive and reactive strategies, LQ's will utilize Schneider Electric product knowledge, discover sales techniques and industry trends to find new projects and generate new opportunities.

Lead qualifier's reps should expect a consistent business of inbound leads in addition to frequent outbound prospecting campaigns. As an Outbound team we aim to re-invent the customer experience by giving them the chance to work with us in an educational format to help them make better, more informed decisions.

Main responsibilities

The key focus of this role is maintaining and ensure growth of the sales and market share of the company products, services and programs by supporting the company sales team in conducting targeted outbound campaigns.

Those campaigns will focus on:

· Follow up on leads received from Global marketing
· Follow up on leads received from Primary and Advances CCC teams and Website
· Ad Hoc campaigns and prospecting
· Quote follow up
· Gap to target campaigns follow up
· Any other campaigns set up by the business.
· Data mining & cleansing
· Qualify potential IB + Offers + Accounts + Contacts
· Qualify leads
· Build a pipeline of qualified leads for ISSR
· Feed activity/ coordinate with ISSR
· Perform Outbound Calls within qualification of leads efforts
· Outbound IB Campaigns to generate Leads
· Execute direct marketing
· Engage and educate existing customer base and potential accounts


Skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM related tools bFO
· Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.
· Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Marketing knowledge
· Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.
· Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.
· Focus on Customer

Education and experience
· Bachelor / associate degree in Electrical Engineering
· 2 years' experience IS / Field Service Representative / Customer Care
· Organized/ resilient/ sales oriented/ results oriented/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ engaging & enthusiastic
· Native speaker level for local context
· Client facing skills
· Basic knowledge in Marketing.
