What do you get to do in this position?

· Analyze customer requests and use power distribution and product knowledge to develop solutions.
· Creation of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.
· Design of ground fault protective schemes, including those involving multiple sources.
· Generation of bills of material, and modification of standard assemblies as required to suit the application.
· Familiarity with Modbus and TCP/IP communications protocols, RS485 and Ethernet interfaces.
· Interpret customer bid package drawings, electrical one-line diagrams, plan layouts and specifications.
· Interact with corporate customers, field sales and marketing personnel and plant manufacturing associates.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·  Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Power Engineering
·  Knowledge of low voltage switchboard and switchgear.
·  Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes governing the installation and use of switchboard
·  Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software including AutoCAD and ProE/Creo.
·  Excellent ability to troubleshoot electrical control, ground fault schemes.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·  Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
