Job description

Main Responsibilities:

Define and manage the existing offer strategy.
Accountable of the profitable growth of the offer.

- Get a clear & updated understanding of the offer's environment..
- Get a clear & updated understanding of the offer's performances.
- Define & manage the marketing mix of the Offer.
- Support the Operational Marketing in the growth actions deployment.
- Optimize the stock keeping unit (O² process).

Responsibilities:

1 Get a clear and updated understanding of the Offer's environment:
- Evaluate periodicaly the market & the competition landscape.
- Identify the trends impacting the market.
- Feed the Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Meet customer in theirs day to day live.

2 Get a clear and updated understanding of our Offers' performance:
- Monitors our business (turnover, volume, profitability, marketshares .......)
- Drive regular benchmarks to assess the customers perception.
- Review the offers' quality level & contribute to the global quality improvement
- Meet customers in theirs day to day live.

3 Define and manage the marketing mix of the offer:
- Product (Offer):
> Define the road-map evolution according to the gaps on: Features, quality,
compliance with standard, profitability....
> Manage and up-date all data ( new ref, OPS....)
> Optimize the stock keeping Unit.
- Price (Cost value):
> Define and release annualy the Pricing guide.
> Monitors and review the starts references and delta prices.
- Place (End Users & Channels):
> Co-work with all Channel Program Manager to maximize the Offer business.
- Promotion (Communication):
> Define and up-date the killing phases.
> Co-work with the communication team to up-date tools.
> Co-work with the Marketing standardisation.

4 Support the Operationnal Marketing in the growth action deployment:
- Define and realise all material for sales and promotions ( documentations, trainings
contents, ...)
- Manage the global commercial forecast (SIOP process)
- Gives all support for key equipement and solutions tenders.

5 Optimize the stock keeping unit (O² process):

KPI's

- Order Intake
- Delta Price
- ROI of the PEP budget
