Poste et missions:
1/ Support management of product marketing information at the Commercial Reference and other levels throughout the product lifecycle, with focus on completeness, accuracy and re-use
2/ Collaborate with representatives from Line of Business, Offer Data & Assets Governance Council, Countries to streamline and improve the product content management process
3/ Collect, load, maintain marketing offer data using PIM (Product Information Management) / DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems to meet business need
4/ Clarify roles, tasks, responsibilities and identify risks and pain points with different project teams
5/ Audit offer data content completeness, accuracy, and standardization and follows up with data owners to close gaps
Profil:
Education: Master degree in a business school (or equivalent education)
Technical Field:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly including proven experience working with large data sets of 10K lines and dozens of columns using v-lookup, pivot tables and functions.
- Experience with media content management including images, documents files and videos from leading to output on dynamic websites and other downstream systems is also a plus
- Project management
Work experience needed: a 1rst successful experience as an apprentice .
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): fluent in english

- Ability to lead meetings and to manager detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy to meet tight deadlines,
- Very good communications, writing and presentation skills.
