MISSIONS
1/ Support the strategy and delivery of the four pillars in the Talent Acquisition Process & Technology Center of Excellence (CoE), including serving as a key partner to the pillar leaders and a primary contact globally for many of the operational needs of the regional teams.
2/ Serve as a key liaison between the CoE pillar leaders and regional talent acquisition teams on topics such as assignment/management of technology licenses, pulling and analyzing technology usage reports, designing dashboards and updates, onboarding new recruiters to global tools, developing and delivering training on global tools to the regional teams, and troubleshooting issues with technology partners.
3/ Responsible for supporting the tactical activities within the four CoE pillars to enable deployment of their strategies while serving as a champion for the candidate and internal stakeholder experience.
4/ Support the execution of detailed implementation plans for new technologies as well as continuous improvement plans within the regions.
5/ Partner with finance to process invoices for technology and services managed through the CoE while also leading on the deployment of a new global talent acquisition funding model.
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Baccalaureate degree in organizational development, communications, change management and/or innovation.
Proficiency in Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – able/willing to learn new tools/systems quickly
Proficiency dealing with data: Analysis and Reporting
Previous internship experience or full-time experience, if no Master’s degree
Early career experience in project and/or program management
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English (fluent)
Personal abilities or skills: good communicator, proactive and acts with urgency, can navigate with ambiguity, agile, able to work well with others or independently, applies a continuous improvement mindset to work, customer oriented
Evidence of communication experience (written, verbal)
Evidence of strong: organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines,
detailed orientation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable collaborating across business, functions and the hierarchy
