ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Business Management Office (BMO) organization is responsible for: providing strategic guidance to all Marketing, supporting cross processes (shared services to the Market Units), establishing and keeping standards aiming the resource usage optimization and compliance, and also collaborating for a fact-based decision making process.

 

This BMO intern will be part of the Lead Management Office within the Planning & Performance Team, whose main responsibility is support Marketing campaign execution from systems and processes perspectives in order to allow the campaign managers to focus on demand generation and maturation core activities. The intern will have an understanding of many Marketing tasks by supporting the lead management, operational, and reporting activities.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

·  Reporting using SAP systems such as CRM and SRM, as well as Access and Excel
·  Follow-up on lead management reports, issues, and communications, with team and stakeholders
·  Update, validate, and analyze information in the systems

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

·  Studying Business Administration, Finance, Engineering
·  Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
·  Good oral and written communication skills
·  Analytical, structured, process-oriented, with a logical mindset
·  High commitment to deadlines and quality
·  Ability to work independently
