ROLE DESCRIPTION:

To learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Will be sitting next to HRBP Team and learning day-to-day basic tasks such as: 

·  Face to face interaction with employees
·  Support to DMT team validating the new hire data, scheduling new hires first day onboarding session, data changes
·  Support Local HR Services team processing information related to daily processes
·  Support HR Direct Team and HRBP team on different HR Projects.
·  Responding frequent asked questions

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Ongoing Graduate Student in one of the following careers studies: 

·  Administration
·  Psychology
·  Industrial Engineering

Excellent oral and written English Communication skills (must)

Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
