Key responsibilities

·  Liaise with external and internal customers, suppliers and agencies to define to improve manufacturing and development operations
·  Optimisation of manufacturing operations
·  Identification of opportunities for improvements
·  Assist in the implementation of projects
·  Monitoring of performance metrics
·  Process development programme design / plant trials, execution and implementation
·  Constantly seeking to drive continuous improvement
·  Ability to multi task and prioritize workload
·  Technical report writing

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  At least 3 year college Student working towards a Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent engineering discipline degree
·  Technical knowledge
·  Strong report-writing and verbal communication skills
·  Laboratory or Machine workshop skills
·  Project management skills
·  Problem-solving skills
·  Creative and innovative approach
·  Ability to interact effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
·  Strong team player
·  Seeing tasks through to successful completion
·  Excellent communicator
