Job description
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.
Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.
We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Primary Care Marketing Associate - VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities
Implementation of key marketing programmes
· Manage and implement marketing programmes focusing on those requiring engagement and effective implementation with the Salesforce
Marketing Analysis, Insight Development and Interpretation
· Use customer and marketing insight in the development and implementation of marketing programmes and materials
· Work cross-functionally
Channel Management/Customer Engagement
· Work with the Customer Engagement lead to identify, consider and implement the strategic value of all potential channels for targeted customer groups
Monitoring and Control
· Identify key performance indicators to measure the impact that the marketing programmes have on customers and opportunities
· Control promotional expenditure for projects and track performance
Ethical Leadership
· Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of ethics and governance relevant to the role (including the Industry Code of Practice, Sanofi Policies and Procedures etc.) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to work
· Ensure all promotional material complies with the compliance code of practice and has been approved
Environmental and Safety Leadership
· Care for own safety and wellbeing
Requirements
Education
· Educated to Bachelors degree level
Experience
· First practical experience in marketing area would be a plus
IT skills
· Good knowledge of MS office
Soft skills
· Strong strategic, analytical and planning skills
· Clear communication style and the ability to influence without line management responsibility (strong matrix leadership)
· Intellectual curiosity: asks good, searching questions to develop deeper insight into issues
· Proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work within a highly scrutinised and challenged (global and UK) team in order to meet the demands associated with some key Sanofi brands
· Self-awareness and versatility that will enable strong upwards and sideways influence
Languages
· Very good English - Written and oral
