Job description



Operational Excellence

·  Manage Invoice scanning activity is on Timely manner so P2P BPO can receive and process the invoice on time.  Activities to include systematic and good way of working which involves
·  Timely scan of invoice and determine number of time invoice to be scan,
·  Proper tracking of Invoice receives, and Date the Invoice is received,
·  Clarity of Invoice document scan and send to BPO.
·  Liaise and be a contact to BPO if Invoice need to be scan again, send again.
·  Involve in local activity if helps is needed on Invoice related topic
·  Record and Information Management
·  Systematically store and manage all Invoice record, Concur related report according to Sanofi Record Management process and Requirement
·  Ensure storage boxes or container are adequate and send on time to Vendor which manage record storage for Sanofi in Thailand.
·  As go to person for all record that P2P are involves with at Sanofi that is Stored or need toi be Retrieved.
·  Demonstrate a strong sense of team spirit and cross team co-operation and mutual support in working with BPO.
·  Participate in Operation call (if needed) with BPO to make sure constant communication, update and understand issue in Sanofi and BPO.
·  Willing and able to look at P2P as whole instead of confine to key responsibility.   

Stakeholder Management

·  Able to share basic information with Stakeholder like Procurement, Business Units about BPO activity that comes with Scanning of Invoice, Expense record and Record Management.
·  Support P2P process performance so to make sure BPO meet Sanofi CPI/ KPI/ GPI are met.

Compliance & Risk Management

·  Ensure documentation is stored and archived as per Records Management and local control, legal/tax requirements.

Projects

·  Provide support in local projects as needed.
