iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: New Product Planning Associate ​- VIE Contract (W/M)

The primary purpose of this role is to support the new product planning across three business units of Sanofi Pasteur, Sanofi Genzyme and Primary Care. The role will include working with key internal stakeholders to support mapping of the pipeline as well as working with external agencies e.g. NIHRO to support UK horizon scanning

Key accountabilities:

Responsible for maintaining the Sanofi UK Pharma Scan system

·  Ensuring that UK Pharma scan records are kept up to date
·  Working with members of the patient access team and franchise business units to review pharma scan records to ensure they are up to date and accurate
·  Updating records within the system
·  Providing reports of the views of the Sanofi UK reports within Pharmascan by other external agencies
·  Setting up and supporting regular interactions between Sanofi and NIHRO with the NPP manager and head of Health Outcomes
·  Respond in a timely manner to NIHRO communications requesting details on our pipeline products
 

Act as project manager for UKIE Market Access’s ongoing processes review

·  Works across Market Access team to create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, timeline and budget constraints
·  Assesses the workloads and impacts for different departments. Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
·  Holds action owners accountable for their commitments and conducts project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues
·  Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
·  Works closely project members to deliverables are met
 

Works with NPP Manager to gather information on the pipeline from internal sources

·  Develop internal network at both UK and Global level to keep up to date with changes in the pipeline
·  Manage relationship with key stakeholder to ensure that the UK is seen as key market in pipeline decision making
·  Assess information gathered and cross compare for accuracy
 

Support pipeline assessment workshops

·  Works with NPP manager to run pipeline prioritisation workshops
·  Manages the logistics for the meetings working closely with the franchise teams, functional leads, NPP manager and if appropriate global teams
·  Supports write up of workshops and manages plans for future follow up discussions including project plans and KPIs
·  Takes charge of agreed therapeutic area workshops and can eventually lead them with minimal intervention

Candidate's profile:

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field is preferred
·  Good communication and presentation skills – able to turn complex analysis into simple messages
·  Experience in market access or health economics (global or local level)
·  Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
·  Attention to detail
·  Strong interpersonal skills
·  Fluent English
