About the Opportunity

While Sanofi investing heavily on research, the oncology pipeline is driving us to look for new talents to match the future needs. While the current portfolio needs professional medical attention, we are also looking into the future to secure the upcoming oncology/hemato-oncology launches through this hire. This position is a great opportunity for an outgoing person who likes to build his/her expertise in new biologicals and launches, and is always eager to discuss with HCPs, enabling us to best support them in their clinical work. You will have a professional NOBA oncology medical team around you, as well as the Norwegian country team with many functions. Our mindset through the entire NOBA oncology is scientific, collaborative and “the place to be”. As we have realized that once you join our team, you don't really want to leave! Key responsibilities

·  Effectively engage with HCPsand build long-term relationships.
·  Use scientific and clinical knowledge to provide input to launch strategy on evidence needs for stakeholders, including HCPs and patients.
·  Analyse information and emerging trends, including social, policy and access-related information, and incorporate them into medical plans.
·  Develop scientific communication and education initiatives using scientific/medical expertise, customer insights and understanding of launch strategy.
·  Self-dependent and structured working style, yet able to work in a team.
·  Plan, prioritise and implement actions – project management.
·  Communicate, collaborate and influence with excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, both internally and externally – especially in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, HCPs and pharmacists.
·  Train and educate internal and external stakeholders, including HCPs.
·  Search and analyse scientific publications.
·  Support in clinical studies, as well as local Investigator Initiated Studies (ISS).

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  Ideally relevant oncology/hemato-oncology therapy area experience, either from the clinic, research and/or preferably from the pharma industry, with relevant customer knowledge.
·  Clinical and/or scientific expertise within any medical sub speciality (university degree or equivalent in relevant life sciences).
·  Ideally previous launch experience with successful relationship building.
·  Previous experience in leading advisory boards and other cooperation with HCPs (preferred).
·  Worked in a cross-functional team in an international environment.
·  Fluent in native language, both written and oral.
