Market Access and Health Economics Manager

Based in: İstanbul

Department: Market Access and Health Economics

Reports to: Head of Market Access and Health Economics

Job Purpose:

Managing market access (pricing, reimbursement, early access, etc) strategies and operations, with optimum price and access conditions, for the given therapeutic area and product portfolio responsibilities, ensuring

·  good collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
·  robust scientific, analytical, strategic approach
·  High-quality and efficient team and company representation in and out of the company

Main Responsibilities:

·  Obtaining and sustaining optimum price, reimbursement, access conditions for new or established products, as per responsibility /therapeutic area
·  Making proper price and impact analyses per submission and business cases
·  Coordination of market access and health economy activities with Sanofi TR, region and global teams
·  Proper communication and relation management with brand teams, internal and external stakeholders
·  Close monitoring and analyses of policies pertaining to access and health economy area.
·  Informing his/her manager on time and efficiently about environmental and product specific access matters
·  Supporting his/her manager in setting access strategies
·  Making high quality, timely and reliable submissions
·  Management and development of his/her team

Required Qualifications:

·  University Graduate: Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
·  Fluent in written and spoken English
·  Min. 7 years’ experience in related functions (Market Access, Pricing, Government Affairs, Regulatory, Marketing, Finance) – At least 2 years of it in Market Access/Pricing area
·  MS-Office Programs
·  Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
·  Analytical and strategic (big picture) thinking
·  Min 2 years managerial experience in leading, coaching and developing staff
·  Proactive and attention to detail and accuracy
