Position Title
Finance Controlling Coordinator.
Location information
Parque da Cidade – São Paulo/SP - Brazil
Job overview
Responsible for the monthly closing Reporting and Plan Reviews activities including the reporting into group systems (TM1 & HFM).
Responsibilities
Monthly Consolidation and reporting activities to ensure the closing of Brazil perimeter is delivery on time and accordingly and full revised.
Prepare the Finance monthly reports in accordance to group controlling and reporting procedures
Forecast and Business Plans submission support into the system ensuring all data isfull reconciliated and revised on time.
Business Performance presentations support and consolidation.
Working together with other finance specialist in order to keep master data updated into the systems.
Skills and Competencies
Finance Reporting experience
Experience and interested with systems such as: TM1, HFM and SAP.
Proficient in Excel (V-Look ups, Pivot Tables and data maintenance)
Power Point Strong
Excellent Organization skills.
Education Background
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or A ccounting

The controlling coordinator is a key role in the FP&A department responsible for development and maintenance of the main reports and involved in the main processes in the finance organization providing support to several decisions.
