Mission : Maximize the growth of its territory through the development of its team and the necessary tools, ensuring alignment and execution with the company's strategy, the generation of value for the client and compliance with the policies, standards and procedures of the company.

Key Accountabilities:

· 
Formulate the Priority Plan and coaching of the area under your charge that includes sales objectives, market share, sales opportunities, growth for the area under your charge, analyzing the available data (such as sales results and competitive information), in congruence with business strategies, and presents it monthly to its Manager.

· 
Analyze and update the territory under your charge, including the optimal size of your team, to achieve the sales goals of the area under your charge to obtain the greatest potential, in accordance with Sanofi policies and Compliance guidelines.

· 
Monitor sales, market share, expenses and other performance indicators, of the area under your charge and of each sales representative, to discuss it with your team.

· 
Ensure the optimal flow of communication between team members and with other relevant areas within the company, for the successful execution of the Plan.

· 
Plan and execute the Coaching Plan (focus and investment of time in the field with each representative) to follow up on the Plans, identify strengths and opportunities and propose improvement actions. Give feedback on performance, in terms of: market vision, sales technique and product knowledge.

· 
Establish the development plan together with each member of your team, evaluating their skills and results (based on their own observations and feedback from others), discussing career aspirations and establishing comprehensive training plans (results, responsibilities and competencies), to ensure current and future performance and satisfaction.

· 
Coordinate with internal areas and facilitate access to the resources and tools necessary for the performance of your work team.

· 
Identify the contributions to the achievement of the objectives and the performance of the members of his team through verbal and written recognition.

· 
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats in your district and translate them into tactical plans that contribute to the competitiveness and growth of the business.

· 
Formulate promotion plans for the area under his charge and the assigned products.

· 
Participate in meetings with Marketing and Medical to analyze competitive environment, business development in the short term

· 
Comply with internal control policies and procedures

Your competencies : To succeed in the role, we require candidates to have:

Education: Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Marketing or related to Health & Science.

Experience & knowledge :

More than 3 years of relevant experience in medical visit, coordination of teams or supervisory position in pharmaceutical company.

Language: Spanish / Intermediate English
