Business Analyst Estra

Business Analyst will administrate tools newly implemented in Medical area in order to provide oversight of company-wide RW studies in collaboration with ITS / MEG / HEVA and GBUs organizations. He/ She will be in charge to

o    ensure tools usability (e.g. prepare for system use, deliver trainings, process consistency across groups, cascade good practices, escalate problems, provide guidance, solve problems etc.)

o    create study codes for new studies (e.g. apply policies for code creation)

o    act as project leader to manage tools evolution according to ITS PUMA methodology (e.g. coordinate testing, coordinate data migration, deliver documentation.)

o    ensure data quality (e.g. check data completeness/accuracy/consistency across systems, fix gaps.)

o    consolidate global and ad hoc reporting

 

People

o    Ensure tools usability (e.g. prepare for system use, deliver trainings, process consistency across groups, cascade good practices, escalate problems, provide guidance, solve problems etc.)

o    Act as project leader to manage tools evolution according to ITS PUMA methodology (e.g. coordinate testing, coordinate data migration, deliver documentation.)

 

Performance

o    Lead functional administration of RWE planning tool, named “eSTRA” and “RWE electronic document tool named “Gibraltar” in collaboration with all Medical teams within Sanofi organization

o    consolidate global and ad hoc reporting

 

Process

o    Check consistency of KPIs feed in the dashboarding tool named “RWE Monitoring room”

o    Lead study code creation in a system named “PRIME”

 

Qualifications

Minimum Amount of Job-Related Experience:

o    +5 years experience in leading IT project management in a global and matrix environment, good understanding of pharmaceutical/health care industry.

o    Experience in developing and implementing innovative/entrepreneurial solutions – an experience in Portfolio Management solution administration would be ideal.

o    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o    Mastery of tools administration.

o    Highly organized: able to multi-task (i.e. work on several initiatives at same time).

o    Ability to simplify complex information in a clearly organized, appropriate and visually interesting manner

o    Good communication skill

o    Minimum Level of Job-Related Education: Bachelor's Degree
