Sanofi CHC is a #1 OTC company in CZ and SK with the presence in 4 key global categories (Cough and Cold, Pain, Digestive Health, Vitamins and Minerals Supplements). CHC portfolio includes a number of leading historical brands such as Paralen and Ibalgin that are one of the most recognized products in CZ and SK market.

Purpose of the job:

The position of Business Analyst performs all required analyses (recurrent and ad-hoc) and CHC Business Unit (OTC portfolio) performance tracking. This position is part of the CHC Leadership Team and is the direct interlocutor of the CHC GM, the Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, and Head of Trade for all performance related questions. It is a unique opportunity to get a thorough understanding of the business and prepare future career steps. The main part of the workload will be spent on analyzing the BU sales performance and their brands in its respective markets together with formulation of insights. The smaller will be spent on analyzing the performance of Sales Force (SF plan fulfillment, SF activities monitoring, Incentive plans). The position is part of Business Operation & Support (BO&S) department CZ&SK.

Your responsibilities:

·  Preparation of market and brand analysis (weekly / monthly)
·  Evaluate key CHC brands performance in their comparable markets
·  Perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance
·  Provide timely market and competitive information and analysis
·  Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors activity through quantitative analyses of available data
·  Monitor SF activities on a monthly basis
·  Update SF plan fulfillment on a weekly basis based on Sell-in data received from Wholesalers
·  Support the SF managers to prepare cycle targets for each individual
·  Evaluate the SF plan fulfillment at the end of each cycle for the SF bonus payment
·  Representation of BO&S at the CHC Business Leadership team for all BO&S related activities as Multichannel, Sales Force training, SFE, CRM and data management.
·  Linking with BO&S team to best frame and execute projects related to these activities, ensuring a single leadership and contact point for the BU LT

What we require:

·  Strong analytical skills and business judgment
·  Expertise in Microsoft Excel
·  User knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos, Qlik Sence, …)
·  Precision, curiosity and abnegation are key personality traits
·  Flexible working hours (able to work more during rush periods)
·  Good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize
·  Good written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in various stages
·  Ability to work within a team environment
·  Co-operate Transversally
·  Fluent English language
·  Experience in Pharmaceutical industry welcome
