BU Controller

Job description

Controls all finance operations within his entity (e.g. budgeting, controlling, reporting, accounting, financial systems, policies and procedures)

Ensures proper flow of information and clear processes across activities and amongst teams

Ensures finance support to operational management and provide support to the Regional head in monitoring performance.

Supports the business through appropriate interaction with peers and other departments.

Forecasting

Actively take part to the whole planning process: organization and animation (CSP, LRP, Budget, Anual Trends) by preparing and challenging the yearly and monthly figures in close collaboration with the concerned operational. Preparation and participation to the budget presentations.

Report the figures into the different Group's tools and answer occasional requests on financial topics

Reporting

Is responsible for the consolidated Region P&L, taking into account the multiple legal entities and countries that contribute to it

Provide management with reports relevant to business orientations and stakes

Increase awareness of operationals to ensure that actual operations are in line with budget and provide financial recommendations to support the business
