About the Opportunity

Sanofi strategic direction is currently to harmonize and standardize practices and simplify the organization to foster a new “One Sanofi” way.

The SCCore Program covers Business end-state and IS solutions for the Supply Chain & Industrial area.

This program is structured around key transverse topics and 5 main streams.

Transverse: Business & IT Architecture, Roadmap design and value case, PMO, Change Management and Master Data Management.

5 main streams: Supply Chain Planning, Distribution (transport & warehousing), Customer service, Manufacturing and Analytics/BI.

Key responsibilities

·  You need to be an active student ;
·  Produce support material and meeting minutes of various projects committees;
·  Support organization of committees;
·  Ensure that risks are identified, formalized and communicated;
·  Support Project Leaders in their respective regions and countries;
·  Support Global Deployment PMO in day-to-day activities (monitoring of overall project deployment, coordination with Core team and other program streams, communication to internal deployment teams.

About You

·  Background Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics;
·  Professional Experience;
·  Demonstrate a good overall understanding of Supply Chain, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry;
·  Finance knowledge is a plus;
·  IT-friendly;
·  Ability to structure, organize, and anticipate;
·  Ability to work in program mode, and in program organization;
·  Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus;
·  Coordination skills and strong synthetic skills;
·  Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency;
·  Familiar with government procurement processes;
·  Project Management Qualifications - Desirable.
