We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Supply Chain Specialist
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Inventory Monitoring and Substitute for Importation Management:
- Maintaining a daily and detailed follow-up of the interfaces between Sanofi and distributor
- Ensuring a daily update of the Supply Chain inventory and sales reports
- Supporting the team in coverage alert reporting based on a regular analysis of sales development
- Handling requests, internal or external, related to inventory and distribution
- Managing the unsalable returns credit process with the support from Quality
- Substituting in importation management, including:
Securing the mandatory safety stock
Timely and consistent verification and archiving of all import documentation
Coordinating of the delivery complaints process with Distribution Centers within deadline
2. Forecasting :
- Conducting monthly sales forecasting through an analysis of historical data and market insight
3. Invoicing of the distributor:
- Conducting the monthly sales invoicing process of distributor
4. Reporting:
- Executing the monthly internal reporting (Accrual, KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), Destructions, Returns, Inventory corrections) according to corporate timelines
- Initiating the monthly credit note approval flow
- Ensuring the monthly external reporting (Intrastat) within given deadline
- Executing weekly reporting of supply alerts in the relevant tools
5. Maintenance of master data in Supply Chain tools:
- Ensuring the master data quality through a regular maintenance process
6. Project Management:
- Planning and execute supply chain related improvement projects, taking the responsibility for the regular follow-up and timely completion of the projects
Requirements:
- Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
- Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience
- Pharmaceutical industry and cross-cultural experience is a plus
- Excellent Excel skills, SAP experience would be a big plus
- Demonstrated capacity for analytical approach
- Demonstrated capacity to aim at high level quality and accuracy
- Capacity to rapidly absorb new information and learn new systems
- Desire to take initiative and improve
- Ability to work in a multi-country team
- Language requirements: Fluent written and oral English
