iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Medical Affairs Project Manager
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Your responsibilities will include :
- Attaché support to Global Head, Program Management and assist in the development of key communication materials to support management presentations
- Preparing agenda, minutes, and follow up on action items for key Program Management Meetings
- Creating and organizing PMR (Project Management & Reporting) team’s Sharepoint
- Project Management support on the close monitoring and tracking of department project budget and resources
- Coordinating and supporting the program leads on the Medical program budget for assigned programs, rapidly identifying and managing variances, to ensure accurate forecasting and expense recognition
- Preparing of presentations to support strategic, business, and financial reviews
- Support the PMR team in initiatives and objectives, process improvements and initiatives, and other initiatives with the primary objective of adding value to the business
- Contributing to the completion of organizational projects and goals
- Maintaining a detailed project schedule and responsible for tracking project activity changes
- Scheduling, coordinating and participating in PMR and Medical Operations team meetings
- Being responsible for the preparation of meeting minutes/summaries and support the PMR DCV (Diabetes & Cardiovascular) team in appropriately following up on key action items
- Supporting the preparation of portions of slide decks for key management presentations as needed
- Reviewing status of projects and budgets; managing schedules and preparing status reports
- Assessing project issues and participating in the development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and objectives
- Monitoring project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers

- Working under only very general supervision
REQUIREMENTS
- Scientific and/ or Business Master Degree with specialization in science or healthcare interest
- At least 12 months of prior experience in project management positions
- Intermediate/Expert in MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook etc.)
- Good communication (written & oral)
- Being independent and autonomous
- SharePoint expertise
- Good written and verbal English
- French is a plus
- Team player
