Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

MISSION
Within South Cone HR Team (Argentina/Uruguay/Paraguay/Chile), the VIE will join Talent Management CoE (Center of Expertise) to give support to local HRBP in designing, deploying and assessing talent related projects and processes:
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Learning: lead training plan implementation and follow-up including HR meetings, contact with vendors and logistics.
- Performance and Talent Cycle: drive the cycle for the four countries, design communication plan, trainings and workshops for employees and managers
- English program: manage current program for Argentina and its deployment for others countries within South Cone
- Budget: follow-up and analysis
- Reporting: produce accurate talent metrics and communication supports
PROFILE
Education: Business Administration, Human Resources
Experience: up to 2 years of experience, across multiple HR functions and organizations
Professional skills / attitude and behavior requested: eager to learn, attitude to propose and implement new ways of doing thing, challenging, organization skills, good relationship with stakeholders
Intermediate to advance in Excel (mandatory)
Basic to intermediate in Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
FULL PROFICIENCY IN BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS MANDATORY
