iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Junior HR Business Partner
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Performs the following tasks for Sanofi
- sales force scope
- employees:
- Support HRBP in the main HR processes (Talent Review, Performance, Compensation & Benefits)
- Management of HR System : Key User and trainer (Workday)
- Contact between employees and Payroll Department and Compa&Ben area such as leaves,, holidays, promotions, transversal moves, gift cards, product delivery, loans
- Onboarding: Delivering Inductions & Trainings
- Support Hiring / Exit / Transversal movements procedures.
- Administrative tasks and reporting
Candidate:
- Master degree in Human Resources or related
- Ability to speak & understand Spanish very well, English on a communicative level
Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and challenging approach
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Capability to meet deadlines;, results oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn
