iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Facility Planning Project Manager
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Responsibilities:
a) Facilities Planning:
- take the lead in Facility Planning in Bridgewater to continually manage and administer any issues that surround Activity Based Workspace environment
- monitor the Space Planning mailbox for issues around neighborhoods and lockers, interacting with current space liaisons and understanding their current and forecasted needs
- provide support for strategic projects in support of defined business and customers’ needs
- perform other duties as assigned, such as supporting or participating in cross-functional teams designed to foster continuous improvement, service excellence or other projects/initiatives as needed
b) eCenterOne (Integrated Workplace Management System):
- undertake a cross-training on eCenterOne as the site system administration
- support upcoming Tri-riga & SmartOffice system implementation and be site subject matter expert (SME)
c) Work closely with the Support Services teams (inclusive of Information Records Management, Client Services, Health Safety and Environment and Facility Management in conjunction with the day to day facilities planning reports and move activities)
d) Project Management:
- support planning, scheduling and management of space reconfiguration projects and product requests (office furniture, fixtures and equipment)
- monitor and track project scope, schedule and costs
- schedule, lead and manage small project teams and vendors as necessary to successfully implement projects
Candidate's profile:
- Master's degree in Architectural, Engineering or Technical studies
- Prior project management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of simultaneous projects and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity and/or ability to become proficient inTri-riga/SmartOffice
- Knowledge of furniture office systems and general finish specifications
- Knowledge of general building systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft basics such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, OneNote
