The R2P Reporting & Systems Specialist supports the Service Delivery Manager Reporting & Systems R2P and the team in driving and enabling the execution of quality services for Novartis Group of entities by providing technical and expert guidance, defining standard processes in alignment with the Global team and in delivering system solutions to support the agreed upon standard processes. This role has the Subject Matter Expert role and oversight of end-to-end R2P processes and system solutions, ensuring that systems, documentation, compliance and reporting are in place. The R2P R&S Specialist leads continuous improvement projects with the aim of increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end process focusing on generating opportunities for cross-divisional standardization.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Act as System Key User Lead and actively initiate and participate in improvements to sustain a highly effective and efficient process, and realize cost reduction opportunities including areas to standardize processes to optimize investments made in global ERP/SAP systems and financial services
• Manage day-to-day activities related to R2P/T&E process including interface reconciliation and issue resolution
• Performs to expected standards the operational tasks for the system(s) under the given scope
• Log and monitor with prioritization logic the progress of incidents and other tickets raised with NBS IT support teams; including the provision of feedback to R2P operational teams impacted.
• anages Transition and responsible for knowledge transfer, critical deliverables. Monitors and manages project progress and sign-off on cutover readiness for services. Coordinates transformation into process oriented organization and ensures processes are migrated to the R2P blueprint as per agreed timelines

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor degree or similar in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant / MBA desirable
• English (written and spoken)
• 3 years of Financial experience, with in-depth functional expertize
• SAP experience, MM-PUR, FI-CO, AP, SRM, VIM,SIM, Workflow, Business Warehouse, Business Intelligence system knowledge
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Microsoft Excel - advanced Excel skillset
