Responsible for following established cleaning instructions and performing the assigned daily cleaning/sanitization schedule of production equipment and drums. Enters required documentation in log-books and batch record folders. Performs housekeeping duties as needed.
Responsible for the daily cleaning/sanitization of packaging equipment and drums.
Maintains the Wash Room and surrounding area in a constant state of cleanliness.
Follows established cleaning instructions for specified production equipment.
Maintains logs and signs all work completed after each task is performed.
Completes required batch documentation records.
Maintains cleaning supplies in an orderly condition and requests re-order as necessary.
Prepares cleaning/disinfecting solutions according to formula.
Lifts and moves equipment and supplies.
Informs department supervisors of any conditions which require repair or other corrective actions.
May support Packaging operations as required.
Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMP’s, company policies, and all other quality or regulatory requirements (OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E, etc.). Ensures all work is performed in a safe, effective manner, and in compliance with the appropriate industry and regulatory (FDA, DEA, OSHA) standards, and Departmental, Plant, and Corporate quality and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) goals.

Minimum requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous experience working in a cGMP environment
Must be proficient in basic arithmetic - addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
Knowledge of metric system
Ability to comprehend SOP's and cGMP's and identify compliance and non-compliance with same
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maintain a high level of physical activity
