Medical expert in the assigned therapeutic area, build trustful partnership with healthcare professionals and decision makers to improve patient care. Contribute and support the clinical data generation, patient access to innovative medication and the scientific communication with key stakeholders. Provide internal medical guidance to other Novartis functions. Build and execute the local Medical Strategy and Medical Plan.
Responsibilities:
- KOL Management
- Provides internal medical trainings to other functions (Commercial, Clinical, Patient Access, etc.)
- Reviews promotional materials
- Attends the Brand Team Meetings and contributes to the development of Medical and Business Plans, and local SOPs.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

- MD, MSc, PhD, or PostDoc titles on Medical (desired), Pharm, Biol. and other life sciences;
- Solid technical background and proven competencies on communication skills, clinical R&D, farmaco-economics;
- Fluent English (written & spoken);
- At least 2 years working experience within Healthcare institution, Local Health Authority, Healthcare NGO or Pharmaceutical industry (Medical, Clinical, Regulatory role)
- Nice to have: experience in the immunology-dermatology area.
