The Inside Sales Team Lead is accountable for leading a team of territory sales representatives to over deliver on company sales objectives through clear and compliant leadership to private prac-tice as well as Regional account practices. The Team Lead is accountable for creating and leading the execution of strategic business planning, within their assigned team’s customer base, to deliver quarterly/annual sales results and share growth. Other primary responsibilities include leading and coaching of the Inside Sales representatives; retaining, developing and accessing talent to ensure consistent and continuous growth of each team member.

Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives that are office based and interact with their as-signed customers over the phone Analyze, create, and execute business plans that will address the needs of the team’s custom-er base which will include, private and regional optometry and ophthalmology practices Ensure the team has clear direction and understanding of the KPIs they are responsible for to achieve their targets. Provide their team with reports to identify their achievement and any gaps Collaborate on continuous improvement of processes, marketing, training, etc. to best meet the changing environment of the industry and sales process Coach the Inside Sales Representatives to understand and apply consultative selling and business acumen skills to a broad needs customer base Execute the launch of new products and initiatives, resource allocation and budget Prepare and review regular sales/activities reports, resource allocation plans, and territory business objectives and translates into meaningful clear direction to the team Ensure customer needs are regularly assessed due to the ever changing competitive land-scape and the ability of the team to meet those needs is evaluated and improved upon on continuously Demonstrates the ability to manage complex situations and translates into action, and collab-orates across the sales organization as well as cross functionally with support departments.

Requisitos mínimos

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing preferred Fluent in the local language 2+ years’ prior sales experience (Optical experience preferred) Previous experience in establishing strong partnerships, leveraging market and customer insight, strategic and tactical planning, etc.
