Business purpose:
Our Customer Service Agents are here to support the Vision Care business unit in Alcon.
You will communicate and co-ordinate with other internal departments to ensure our B2B Partners needs are met, not only efficiently, but with a high quality.
To add value to our Partners and Patients, you need to be service minded, independent and confident to take on new challenges.

Key responsibilities:
• Resolve Partner queries related to the Order To Invoice process efficiently in JD Edwards/ SAP
• Supporting all Nordic Customer Service Team’s countries through cross functional work.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
• Handling product complaints together with the Patient Safety Team.
• Onboarding new Alcon Nordic Partners.
• Perform administrative and back office tasks.
• Ensure your personal level of knowledge regarding new products, processes and systems are up-to-date and adequate for your primary tasks.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Your ideal background:
• High school level qualification or equivalent
• Swedish at mother tongue level, fluent in English
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage
• 3 years of experience from customer service, preferably in an international environment
• Teamwork - we are looking for a Team player, able to excel at building trusting relationships with Partners and colleagues; builds positive working relationships to achieve positive goals and business objectives
• Partner Focus - assigns the highest priority to Partner satisfaction; establishes effective relationships through mutual trust and respect
• Computer skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, JD Edwards and/or SAP experience is an advantage
• Communication Skills - essential with great listening skills and clear communication
• Organizational Skills - prioritizes tasks efficiently and productively, and manages time well
• Results Orientated - demonstrates a high degree of results orientation; drive, enthusiasm and commitment towards achieving results / fulfilling objectives; ability to work under pressure / strict deadlines
• Detail Oriented - accurate with a high degree of detail orientation.
