General Description
A.Purchase Order process •Open new sold code/ ship code •Make quotation/ PO for Salesman •Provide Master contract/ Sales contract for salesman •Upload proposal & final sales/master contract/ MOU on ECMS •Coordinate with SOD to transfer the goods from normal warehouse to B2B warehouse (CE product) •Provide full documents to SOD to create SO & DO, Checking AR, Push logistic for GI the goods to the customers •Make the approvals to recognize sell out revenue for Team B. G-ERP System •Making the Sale Order (SO) FOC for the process of transferring the finish good to sample warehouse (for request from sales) •Release SO to deliver the goods to our customer on GERP (for exceptional delivery) C. SAP System •Extract sample list in sample warehouse for Presales & Sales Team •Sample Request •Return Sample Request D. Reports •Consolidate quotation weekly report from salesman E. Issue the Official letter for SI/Partner/End Customer •Repair and get approval for CQ, CO, Warranty letter, Authorization letter, official letter for changing model name of products…(to avoid duplication in issuing letter for each bidding project, the authorization letter to Partner must be consent by all Sales Lead before reaching to HOD's approval) •Update list of Bidding per PIC & Team and maintain it among Admin group on server of B2B. F. Others •Submit manpower request •Booking the meeting room, take minutes of whole team meeting •Order stationery for EBT member

Bachelor degree of Economics/ Business Administration At least 1 year experience in Admin support Reporting skills Microsoft Office Skills Managing processes Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner Proficiency with MS Office. Experience with SAP (desirable) Confident and articulate with strong communication skills Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
