Purpose

Value Partner is a field based role. The Value Partner plays a pivotal role in Roche Singapore's bold journey to lead and be the most customer-centric Pharma partner towards achieving our vision of Uniting the Best in bringing healthcare innovations to all patients in Singapore faster.

Primary objective of the role holder is to become strive for Roche to be recognized by customers as the most preferred Pharma partner to HCPs in the haematology space by gaining insights on customers' needs and delivering personalized meaningful value. by science behind the Roche haematology portfolio, co-creating a customized engagement plan for HCPs, by co-creating access solutions for patients

Key Responsibilities

Owner of Roche relationship with the customer

·  Provide end-to-end customer support

Identifying meaningful value & accountable for ensuring delivery

·  Collaborate with various internal functions to deliver the best value and solutions to the HCPs

HCP engagement planning and execution

·  Prepare and constantly update a customized stakeholder engagement plan for the assigned HCPs
·  Map the education needs for HCPs and assist the team to plan CMEs, RTDs and other ways of educating and sharing knowledge with the HCPs
·  Develop an understanding of the access and affordability of the drugs and work closely with the HCPs and internal functions to co-create solutions to overcome these
·  Implementation support for the Patient Support Programs rolled out by Roche

Expand Patient Access

 Constantly innovate to drive greater access of patients for Roche drugs

 Work closely with Business Development Manager to execute on access strategies

 Develop relationships with external stakeholders that are relevant to driving access of

Roche drugs to patients
